Document Types
What document formats can I upload?
We support PDF (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), Rich Text (.rtf), and plain text (.txt) files.
Can I upload password-protected PDFs?
No, please remove password protection from PDFs before uploading for successful processing.
Are scanned documents supported?
Yes, we support scanned documents in PDF format. For best results, ensure the scan is clear and has at least 300 DPI resolution.
Image Types
What image formats are supported?
We support JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg), PNG (.png), TIFF (.tiff), and BMP (.bmp) formats.
What's the minimum image resolution required?
For optimal results, images should have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Lower resolutions may affect accuracy.
General Requirements
Is there a file size limit?
Yes, the maximum file size is 100MB per document. For larger files, please contact support.
How many pages can I process at once?
You can process documents up to 500 pages. For longer documents, we recommend splitting them into smaller parts.
Can I upload multiple files at once?
Yes, you can upload multiple files using our batch upload feature. The same file type and size restrictions apply to each file.
